Posters

Posters may have a maximum size of 84.1 x 118.9 cm (A0). Text and illustrations should be readable from a distance of 1.0 to 1.5 m. Posters should be self-explanatory, with the title, authors and their affiliations stated on top, and the name of the presenting author underlined.

Each poster will be assigned a unique presentation number, which will be indicated on the poster boards. Posters need to be attached to the boards by Velcro^® strips (will be provided on-site).

Each poster will be on display through half of the symposium duration. The 1^st series of posters will be on board from Monday through Wednesday morning and the 2^nd series from Wednesday noon through Friday noon. Accordingly, posters of the 1^st series should be set up on Sunday evening or Monday morning and those of the second series on Wednesday noon. Presenters will be informed beforehand about the number and series assignment of their posters.

The poster boards will be located adjacent to the registration and coffee/tea-break area and will be accessible throughout the whole symposium. Presenters should be at their posters on Monday from 17:40 to 19:00, Tuesday from 17:00 to 18:20 and Thursday from 17:00 to 18:20.
